I especially liked the full kitchen in the room. The overall room was comfortable.
The lack of varity on the TV viewing options. Also, teh chair and ottoman were badly stained and dirty.

Location was convenient to reach everything quickly and the "smart price" was unbeatable for this motel. The room was okay and cleanliness was fair. Wifi was working properly.
"Renovated from top to bottom" is a little exaggerated. The condition of the motel is okay. The walls are quite thin and you can hear a lot from the adjacent rooms.

The kitchenette was a nice touch. There are things within walking distance. Nice neighborhood. Nice, simple place to stay. Easy to get to and a good location for an extended stay.
The clock radio did not work very well. Wi fi was a little iffy, but not awful.
